How booking works
You enquire, we check with the host, and we come back within a working day with availability and a final price. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
Payment
Half on confirmation, half on arrival. Bank transfer or UPI. Longer stays are billed monthly.
Cancellation
Free up to seven days before check-in. Inside seven days we keep the deposit, unless the host can re-let the dates.
What is not included
Meals, a cook, guide fees, and station or airport pickups. All of it can be arranged at cost — just ask when you enquire.
