Balaji Home Stay is not a chain. Each property is a family home let out whole, and each has a local manager nearby — not on site, not in the next room, but close enough to be there in ten minutes. They handle check-in, the cleaning team and anything that breaks.

Every home is inspected before it joins and again twice a year, against the same cleaning and maintenance standard. If a property stops meeting it, the listing comes down — which is why the list is short and grows slowly.
